2. Which personal data do we collect?
During your visit to Aviko websites, we may collect various personal data about you. This data may be provided by you, for example, if you subscribe to our messaging service (such as via email, mail, or WhatsApp) or when you contact us using a form on the website. Data generated during your website visit may also be collected automatically.
The personal data we collect may include: your name, email address, (mobile) phone number, address information (including postal code and city), business information (employer or contact details of your employer) and information about your website visit (such as IP address). We may also obtain certain personal data through the use of cookies. Cookies are text files that the browser "remembers" and stores on your computer at the website’s request. With the help of cookies, acting as a memory aid, the website can remember certain information so it does not have to be re-entered.
This website uses Google Analytics for web analysis, a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies. The data about your website usage (including your IP address) collected through cookies is transferred to and stored on a Google server in the United States (“U.S.”). Due to IP anonymization activated on these websites, your IP address is shortened by Google in advance within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the U.S. and shortened there. Google will use the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a basis for data transfer from the EU to the U.S. to provide appropriate safeguards for data protection. SCCs are approved by the European Commission and cannot be modified by the parties using them.
Google uses this data to analyse your website use, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet use. Google may also transfer this data to third parties if legally required or if such third parties process the data on Google's behalf. If these parties are located in countries without an adequate level of data protection according to European standards, SCCs will again be used. Google will never combine your IP address with other Google data. We have configured Google Analytics to delete the last part of visitors' IP addresses. If you do not want information about your website visit to be passed on to Google Analytics, you can install the 'Opt-out Browser Add-on.'
3. Why do we collect your personal data?

In addition, we may use your personal data for the sale of our products and for the performance of our services, including financial processing. We may also use your data to inform you and maintain our relationship with you. Your data is also used for internal visitor analysis to further optimise the website. Your personal data may also be required for our own internal administration, accounting controls, and legal compliance.
Your personal data is used only for the purposes described above or for compatible purposes. Aviko collects your personal data either based on your consent, because such data is necessary to enter into an agreement, because we have a legitimate interest as described in this privacy statement or because we are legally required to do so.
